SA Brushless Motor Dark Matter™, 27000 RPM - Long Shaft

The SA Dark Matter™ is a brushless electric motor, meaning it operates without the carbon brushes found in traditional DC motors. This brushless technology enables smoother, more efficient operation, delivering higher power output that significantly boosts a gun's overall performance — including a faster rate of fire and reduced trigger response time for greater accuracy and faster shooting speed.

The biggest advantage, though, is extended battery life. With a brushless motor, an 11.1V 1000mAh battery can deliver 5,000+ shots, compared to roughly 1,000 rounds from a standard brushed motor. The only trade-off is a higher upfront cost — but this is easily offset by zero maintenance requirements and a significantly longer service life.

Built for durability, the motor is housed in a high-quality aluminum casing with an aluminum end cap. Specna Arms also offers replacement end caps in both aluminum and nylon, in case the connector ever gets damaged.

All Specna Arms brushless motors are rated for use with springs up to M190, but RPM should be chosen based on your specific spring setup — as a rule, the stronger the spring, the lower the recommended RPM.
