Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped or is ready for collection.

Shipping & Collection Options

Cork Local Delivery

  • Delivery within 24 hours
  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery
  • Delivery fee: €20
  • Available for selected Cork areas only

Ireland Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order size

Click & Collect

  • Free collection option available at checkout
  • Orders will be ready for collection within 2 hour of purchase
  • Customers will receive an email notification once the order is ready for pickup
  • Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order

Tracking Orders

Tracking information will be provided for shipped orders where applicable.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with a resolution.
